!HELP! Steam

I logged of from my steam because i went outside, i came back and my steam doesn't work anymore When i click the start icon it just does nothing, can someone help me?

loging off and on again?
Killing the steam.exe with task manager?

1. Yup, didnt work
2. I can't even logg on, it just doesn't start

meant logging off your pc.... /me minifacepalm
open task manager (Alt+Ctrl+delete) then in processes find steam.exe and hit end task - but then if you've restarted your pc it makes both of these pointless.
How about try loging in to steam on a different pc, make sure your account still works.
Run google searches
Run searches on steam forums...
Think for yourself...

If what Youme said doesn't work, you're probably going to have to just reinstall Steam.
