Help! Due to trying various configs and settings my keybinds and video settings have become mangled and terrible. My function keys do all sorts of random shit, and I can't see any overlays. Models are rendered all wonky, and in general my TF2 is unplayable.
Okay, should be easy to restore. NOPE.
Things I have tried and have failed:
Delete TF2 and reinstall
Disable cloud support
Delete my entire TF2 cfg directory
Overwrite my entire CFG directory with someone else's CFG.
So at this point I'm really irritated. I just want my default settings back. Seriously, what do I have to do?!

Thanks to Sconno for a fix:
Steam Common Issues
Steam Cloud is preventing me from changing/resetting my config files.
Follow these instructions to reset the configuration for a specific game
Navigate to the store page for the game you wish to reset and get the appID from the URL
It should look like this: http://store.steampowered.com/app/<appID>/
Disable Steam Cloud
Navigate to “Steam\SteamApps\<username>\<game>\<game>\cfg \” and delete “config.cfg”
Navigate to “Steam\userdata\<usernumber>\<appID>\remote\c fg\” and delete “config.cfg”
Launch the game, allow it to write a new config file, then exit the game
Enable Steam Cloud
Launch the game and test the issue.
