Hammer - Custom Compile Disappearing

In Hammer I set up a custom compile option for Glview... I can then select it from the list and run...

Upon quitting Hammer, and re-opening, the Glview option has gone! Is there something I should be doing or is this a known bug?

This must be a bug. I've had the same problems setting up custom compile profiles.

What I've done is created a .txt file in the same location as my .vmf, and placed custom compile options there. Still have to copy / paste each time Hammer starts, but it provides a managed location for custom profiles and it's better than nothing
