Half-Life 2: Runoff - A Trade/Chill map based on Half-Life 2: Deathmatch Map & Assets

This map is based on dm_runoff from Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, with fixes and added content personally from the map author (me)

Key features of the map:

• Completely leak-proof map. Optimized visleafs and lighting quality with new compilers
• Added a lot of custom content like HL and Hammer memes as well as SFM author posters
• TF2-style secret room where you can relax
• Playground zone where you can play with physics of cars, items, and everything else
