Gravel Creek - Neither a Canyon, nor a Valley, nor a Pit.

Gravel Creek is a facility that mines gravel.
It is made in a canyon that once was Gravel Creek, until the Creek was rerouted into another river.
Gameplay:
Capture the enemy point, and get the lowest time when the round ends, or get the timer to 0 without interference. If the round ends without either side capping, it is a stalemate.

Changed fade distance of 2 props to prevent not seeing them at far distances.
Added extra ammo packs
Added variable spawn times
