AxzyesADMapWIP - A gravelpit style A/D map, but A and B are the same point.

I promise I'll think of a name for this map eventually.
Features:
-A bit too much inspiration from Gravelpit
-I sawed this control point in half!
-A rushing water death pit at C
-A meeting table at BLU spawn to discuss removing random crits during setup time

-Changed the theme because why not
-The point has been unsawed
-The gate now opens when A or B is capped instead of both
-Added more robust cover in various places
-Added an extra route between A and B
-Widened the bridge at A
-S T A I R
-Added more clipping
-Widened a few important rooms
-Moved A to the bridge
-Added some windows
-Adjusted BLU spawn
-Adjusted lobby before A
-Changed route from B to C
-Adjusted ammo and health placement
-Adjusted RED spawn room
-Added signage
-More minor stuff
