Exception_access_violation

I don't know what exactly happened but for some odd reason Hammer++ keeps crashing every time I browse textures. When the texture window pops up and I scroll down, Hammer crashes. I tried searching online for anything relating for this problem but no luck. I'm new to hammer and I apologize if this is a simple fix that I'm just not seeing the answer to immediately.
