elevatormadness (april fools map) - Koth map with a lot of weird stuff

This might look like a regular KOTH map at first, but weird thing start happening soon after the round starts.

Made for april fools day.

- Halved the amount of bomb spam
- Removed all wooden barrels
- Added a player crusher trap to replace wooden barrels
- Reduced the amount of sentry spawns
- Multiple sentries can no longer spawn on the same spot
- Added a bomb warning sound
