Download in wrong file

Earlier, I tried downloading Tr_walkway. There is a problem though...it is a RAR file...and I need it to be another type. Can someone tell me how to change it from RAR to BPS?

you need to download winrar from rarlabs.com

install that. its an archiver that will unzip the file you downloaded.
