some stuff

• changed some geometry
• added some props for cover in the 2nd control point area
• made it so red cant stay in 1st spawn after 1st cp capped
• more health
• added some respawnroom visualizers for blu spawn so red cant spawn camp as easily
• added player clip to fenced off area with truck
• added signs for blu and red so they know where to go

• added a bit more room for the 1st outdoor area
• added a 2nd resupply for blu
• added some more signs for red and blu to know where the points are
• gave 2nd red spawn more room
• more time

• made the in-between of 1st and 2nd area bigger
• added 3rd route to 2nd area for the in-between
• removed other opening for A point
