I wonna add it as a prop to my map as an easter egg.
If someone can give me a model i would apreciate it :)

In hammer's model browser, you show economy models (weapons, hats, gibs, etc.) by clicking the check mark in the top left. Then you just search for "PDA" and it should show up. You could even turn it into a prop_physics_multiplayer to allow players to move it around.
