Disused - The Cart must go forward! *and up **and up a spiral ramp

Currently only stage 1
Disused is a payload map, if its finished, it'll be a three stage payload map.

A2 is out with tons of changes!

Changelog:
First Cap:
Changed Routes into the cap area
Moved Building
Added Displacements
Changed Cart Path
Red gets a large respawn time after the First Point is capped
First to Second Connector:
Rebuilt it to less chokey and straight
Added Stairs
Second Cap:
Split into 2 Zones
Area falls more in line with Gold Rush Stage 2, Cap 2
General:
Blu has a shorter respawn time
Displacements
Cubemaps created (may not exist if I didn't get the right download)
Map has changed significantly yet still...

Added a door that only opens when BLU caps A so the building to the side won't be used to get onto the hill
