disapearing props

Hello! I have a problem: all props what i made showing only when i really close to them. Can i somehow fix that?

In Hammer? Tools > Options > 3D Views > Model Render Distance

In Game? Check the prop's start and end fade values in Hammer. Should be -1 for start and 0 for end if you're not using it.
