Custom weapons on a very own server.

Hello TF2maps!

Im asking your guys a simple question. Ugh, maybe not so simple...if you know the answer its very simple.
So is it possible, to make custom weapon model for tf2 that you can make very own stats like in this thread http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=978749 in that thread they only modify the already existing weapons. Whit the same model as Valve has. If its possible, im starting to learn A LOT OF MODELLING so I can have my very own awesome weapon on my very own awesome server.
Im not sure is this right section but I think this is a lot of tf2 talk... o.0

Maybe. There are some model lines in the CTX.

i believe you can. someone made a nailgun for the scout, although that might have been an existing model.
