Creating a functioning surveilance camera

So i have a point_camera entity and have a monitor texture applied to a func_monitor.

The problem: doesnt show the room, appears to be a zoom-in of the dev texture - unsure if it's the one the camera is facing or what but it just shows this (see the first image). How do i make it function correctly?

P.S.
This is my little test map so dont worry this isn't the kind of map i actively go to create lmao

Sorry nobody got to you, a few months ago This Video shows off the entity working and mentions you need to make a custom fgd texture. Another limitation seems to be that players are only visible if they are in thirdperson.
