Create a light speed skybox or particle

hello everyone i may need help about creating a skybox that when you see you will think that your in light speed like starwars. i may accept also a particle with a blue or a black skybox

btw could you tell me when you have an version of the map released or give me a w.i.p. version because I would actually like to see the effect in game. (yes I can do it myself but because it's made for your map I would like to see it on your map. )

Thanks dude thats so great i will use it for the april fool contest like an event in an alien spaceship
i will use so many particles like explosion or some weird particle effects. and i will use invasion and normal models and texture. thats all what i will make. i havent answer early because of bad connection but now its fixed
