cp_trainwreck - 3cp version of ctf_trainwreck. still no moving trains.

This is a 3cp version of ctf_trainwreck, made to see which gamemode plays better on this map. download both, see which one you like more.

reapcked map

repacked the map. though i did before, but now i 100% did. (also swaped some models around for visability while i was at it)
