cp_synopsis - synopsis is a bad name for a 5cp map thats probably oversized

Introducing Synopsis, a WIP name for a 5cp map that probably have an oversized mid point. I've got nothin else.

- Fixed Spawn Doors getting stuck after a point has been capped
- Fixed missing roof in RED's base
- Fixed some props being misaligned
