cp_halberg was too big and confusing - so I cut it in half.

cugz kani updated cp_halfberg with a new update entry:

A4

• removed one way doors
• made middle point optional
• middle entrance now goes to the middle point (used to go to bottom of "stairs" area)
• changed "cave" exit (now goes up and through before having a drop down)
• removed one of the "cave" entrances
• added a small hp pick-up under the middle point
