CP Cliffhole MC13 - Lmao mode shifter go brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (koth to a/d cp)

So basically I took koth_cliffhole_a1 and turned it into a/d cp cuz mc13.

- Opened up last
- New route to last
- Added forward spawn for blu
- Increased cap area on last
- Decreased cap time from 60 seconds to 40 seconds on first
- Tightened passageway to red courtyard on first
- Added doors on doorways from red spawn to last
- Added medium ammo pack on red courtyard from first
- Removed doorway from red spawn into right flank route
- Added medium health kit on right flank route
- Replaced medium with small health kit on left flank route
