Concept Payload Cart

I'm not sure if anyone has considered making this already, but I was just reading some random stuff about tf2 on the official wiki and I came across this...

This is more of an idea than it is a request, but I guess it would look really cool on a payload map.

(the concept payload is by Valve, I just posted this for those who might care)

Well, we've already got 3 EMP carts, and this design doesn't exactly stand out. Nice as the idea is, the model's inherently pretty bland and uninteresting.

There's kind of a reason why that stayed a concept, right? I don't think that would look very good as a bomb on a payload map, except if everything was spytech or something.
