Possibly, I do have MS word installed. Lets try with the Fileserver which does not have MS word.

Hmm, on the Fileserver I definitely only get ? so it is a possibility that its MS Word.

The people who can see it, probably have a chess program installed which itself installed its fonts to the windows/fonts directory. I could see the action, but I do appear to have 20 chess fonts

I dont know about that, I dont have any chess programs installed on my laptop or desktop, in fact I just reformatted my desktop about two weeks ago, and I know it has never had any chess programs installed on it.
