Model Can someone make a bullet train?

More specifically, A bullet train with red stripes.
Also, make a passenger car with doors opened and seats inside if you can.

The Shinkansen definitely fits within TF2's time period. They were developed post-war and opened in the 60's.

I might be able to do this, since it's something I've wanted to do for a while anyway. I need to re-install my 3d modelling program but I can probably do it.

Is there a particular reason why you need the interior to be modeled? It will up to complexity and footprint of the model a lot unless it's super low detail.
