You've got some issues with your blaring lights; Mainly it's just that they're producing shadows, as seen here:

removed a bunch of hidden sticky spots

adjusted packs and added more ammo around the map

removed weather

did a bunch of clipping

smoothed out the ground on mid a more

made the small doors on mid slightly bigger

raised crates and barrels next to window room

added ramp to bridge flank on 2nd

adjusted the little vent platform on last and fixed the rim around the point on last

removed forklifts on last

adjusted left side fence on last

flipped the walls on the middle route on last...
