Did I fix it?

Custom Hydro Skybox was acting weird for people so I switched it to sky_hydro_01. Felt it was necessary to update... unless you like big pink skyboxes.

• Added a few extra cosmetic details to the pub and garden
• Improved out of bounds clipping a bit
• Added a white car to block a horrendous sightline
• Added a moving car in the back alley
