Broken animations in decompiled models?!

Hello comrades! I'm working on my TF2-themed project. Using the crowbar tools (v. 0.34 or v. 0.74 extract a different number of animations), I decompiled the character model (that is, the one that other players see) Scout and extracted 1412 files with his animations. Looking through them in a blender (v. 2.93.18 or v. 4.0), I discovered that a significant part of them were broken and clumped into a shapeless lump. For example, - PRIMARY_reload_loop.smd , a_MELEE_ALLCLASS_aimmatrix_run_mid_right.smd , AttackSwim_MELEE.smd , throw_fire.smd , a_vehicle_allclass_right.smd , gesture_ITEM2_cheer.smd , taunt_highFiveSuccessFull.smd , bodylayer_ITEM1_fire.smd , etc it doesn't work. I tried to read them as an SMD file or a QC file using SourceIO or Blender Source Tools (various versions, including current ones), but they still remain broken. Please, if you have encountered this problem, let's find a solution - how to get all character animations in working order?
