A2 Update

- Massively downscaled pretty much all of the map
- Added second boat due to complaints
- Attempted to rebalance map for easier defense of first and easier attack of second
- Fixed a number of terrible brushes
- Track shortened a bit
- Attempted to kill snipers

- Completely reworked last and second
- Engi spot for last
- Hopefully more fun (removed weird one-way shutter)
- Second now is not just a single corridor
- BLU doesn't have to push past spawn on second
- More time to setup defense on third
- Barnblitz rotating track

- Small other changes on third
