Blue not spawning at blue...

I would have a video attached as well however OBS said "Nah" and didn't save it but the image proves there is a blue spawn but whenever I go on my map in TF2 to test it if I choose blue team I spawn in red base (There are no playerspawns that are set to blue there, checked 3 times). What could potentially be going on?

is the spawnpoint a few units above the floor?
