Im starting as a new map maker, and i downloaded SDK, whenever i try to open hammer in bin, it doesnt appear nor exist does anyone know any fixes?

Wrong path. You wanna look in Team Fortress 2/bin/x64. You basically never need Team Fortress/tf/bin/.
