Beacon is an A/D map in the style of Gorge (currently, may expand to 3 stage later) It is a collab between me and Beanz and is near enough the first mapping experience he has had.

I don't think that is a sky box ... I think it is the white light texture :/

I think it's actualy some cubemap issue mixed in with some env_sun problems. It was 2am when I posted this so I didn't really notice it much nor could I be bothered to fix it

maybe you should work on the project for an entire week, post only one release and actually show some nifty new screenshots
and i just speak for me here. a single line update post just doesn't appeal that intriguing to me. a bigger update with fix-list and some screenshots is something i think will be rewarded by any community in general. it's the loooove put in that matters

It is a combined map and it is updated with new stuff every day, it's just a case of noting the things that are important. Most of the things going on now are reworking the cap layouts, which we need advice on, there is only so much bot's can do...and that's nothing..

we're trying to get it on gameday but I know I'd rather have a better playing map that needs a few changes than a map that makes everyone bored and rage.

i was just stating a possible reason (and maybe solution) for you not getting too many comments because you felt a bit ignored - at least that's what i understood from your "Boy it's getting lonely in here"

so you have your own reason for it and that's perfectly fine for me
