Banana Bay Train tutorial?

I was wondering if there is an asset or a tutorial on how to create the trains banana bay has. Where there are two trains that travel on the same track just in different directions at different times. I tried to see if I could find this information from the decompiled banana bay, but the map is broken and will not work once run ingame. I have been searching for any train tutorial that shows me how to do this but found nothing.

Does it need to be the same track? You can just have two different tracks that overlap. That would make the logic easy to special copy for other side of symmetrical maps.
