fixed a broken respawn room visualizer and added info_observer_points

redid most of the layout right outside mid, mostly to get rid of the ridiculous sightlines.

made the main path on both sides a displacement and put a barrier between the two high doors south of mid

simplified the routes, shuffled some things around in mid and made it larger

Revamped mid and made the two high path buildings a little less featureless

added this staircase to make getting to the top part of mid more easy and to make it harder to get on to the perch up there.
