arena_heat_380 - Arena on a floating platform

I made this in about 5 hours thanks to a mixture of fatigue on other projects, wanting to create a heat inspired map, and conceptualizing how a highway setting would work for tf2.

Move the spawns closer to mid
> Reduced the map's physical size as a whole
Removed the off ramps
Separated the upper and lower staircases
Moved the spawns to the other side of the highway
Removed the side lower ramp with a different one
Added the intercepting bulldozers
