Remember the Amplifier? That custom Engineer building from VSH that grants guaranteed crits.

Except it was meant for normal TF2, and all these years later, I want to revisit how it works in normal TF2 again.

Mountain Lab test

* Now testing on Mountain Lab
* Amplfiier is now a straight upgrade, acting like a dispenser, but providing crits as well
* Crit radius increased from 200hu to 300hu
