Just been playing around and made two TF2 test maps that don't use CTF or CP entities to win the game. These are just test maps, to share ideas and concepts. They aren't meant to be used in a real game. I've included the VMF file so you can see how the entities work togther.
Here's the first one. There is a switch on each side that belongs to one team. When you click the opponent's switch 10 times, your team wins.

This one involves rolling a large ball into the enemy's goal post. The ball is key to winning the match.
