Added more lights to some darker areas, along with lamp props to make it look like the light is comming out of something instead of being mysterious.

Also replaced some textures with more tf2-ey looking textures, made blu's spawn doors blue, and compiled with HDR, which I forgot in the previous releases (whoops).
