Hi, I uploaded a Map called cp_snowgrass, i used some custom props from users on this website, when somebody downloads the map, they dont get the custom props, how can i fix that?

Ok, I recently have this problem on my new tf2 map. None of the prop_static are showing up. I have created maps in the past and the props showed up. Just to be clear all of the props were static. How can I fix this problem or do I have to redo the entire map.
