meet the sniper

I know not all of them were released, but I know the ones from the Meet the Sniper ones were, despite that, I can't seem to find them in to be used in Hammer, such as the #1 Sniper Mug, the Payphone and Beware of headshots sign. Proof of the post: https://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=2974...
