Making ropes dissappear and reappear at will?

Hey y'all, if any of you has an idea on how to make ropes appear and dissappear visibly with the press of a button? I tried Enable/Disable and TurnOn/TurnOff outputs, but they don't work. Kill output works well, but I couldn't respawn it using a point_template. My last idea is to make the ropes...
