hammer crashing

Hello, I am having a problem that makes Hammer++ completely unusable in my Xubuntu (24.10 Ubuntu with 4.20 XFCE) machine. Every time I move props around, rotate them, enlargen boxes or any sort of mapping at all, Hammer++ freezes up and force-shuts down. It makes mapping impossible. How can I...
