hammer broken

So i started using tf2 hammer and built pretty simple room with team spawn ( im using ultimate mapping resource pack) but when compiling it doesnt launch the game i tried to change games host ip, tried to fix leaks but still doesnt work and here is log ** Executing... ** Command: "C:\Program...

I need help. Everytime I open Hammer it just doesn't open. Instead, it creates a MDMP file. Does anybody have a clue on how to fix hammer? I've already tried verifying the game cache and it still wont work...

i made a test map with hammer and took a break from mapping but today when i came back i found that half my textures are missing/broken my prefabs file is empty and am missing a lot of models and the "info_player_teamspawn" does not work and even when i opend hammer++ it broke things even more...
