Hellur,
I've been looking around for a method to place a custom grass detail file definition into the bsp and work.
Using Pakrat, it is fine for throwing in the vtf and vmt files, but putting in the custom detail sprites .vbsp file seems to not fix up the path the the base tf/ folder, but overriding it doesn't seem to load the file anyway in game. The grass appears as floating white wireframes that rotate around in the sky like a Rez music video from 1999 - it's very trippy at least.
It works when the file is loose (fyi).
Any way to do it properly? In lieu of that, a hacky way to slam it in so there won't be an issue uploading to the workshop?
Cheers
