Parent a entity without affecting the angles

Hello TF2maps community (°°)/

Im working on a map for the Super Zombie Fortress mode which should contain some special map-exclusive items.

The problem is, for one item I need to parent a entity to a physical prop without the angles of the prop are affected.
So when the prop is parented 20 units above the physical prop and the physical prop rolls around the map, the entity should stay 20 units above the physical prop.
So bassically, it should follow the physical prop like if it's parented, but should keep his angles and position toward the pysical prop.

If there is someone who has experience with entities which are rather unusual for common tf2 maps, I would be happy if you can help me out :)
