Past 72hr Jam Entry Zone a4

- remade A to be easier to defend
- remade B to be easier to attack I think
- removed opening door
- detailing I shouldn't have done but did anyway
-
-realized I didn't set compilepal to pack custom content and fixed that. Should have custom content now.
-updated teamgoalstring for 2 cap points instead of 3
-Uploaded the CORRECT compile of the map
-removed health from last point
-added forward spawn for blue
-raised red wall by silo
-lowered platform in blue first spawn to negate fall damage
-moved doorway in building in front of red base
-other things n stuff
-increased cap time for A
-added block bullets brush to shack by silo
-changed flatcar prop so that it has collision
