Fixed patch overlays under pickups
Previous displacement had some issues with shadows because of extra faces exported
I felt like this needed this.
Completely rearranged blockout, while keeping a "tie breaker" idea intact.

What's new:
  • fixed spawn times, CP-owner team respawns a bit slower and vice versa
  • rearranged and extended level layout until it was fun to play vs bots
  • fixed a problem where people could sticky/rocket jump over whole map
  • more meaningful color-code
