-Slender Arctic, BSP and VMF - Edit/learn from it, do whatever you want.
-Models and Materials used in the map. (From a husky to a helicopter)
To install simply drag and merge the folders; maps, models and materials with the game folder of whatever source game you're using. Should work the same for SFM, TF2 and Gmod.
