.res file resembling the CtF HUD that can be used in PD (by leezo)

This is made out of convienience for everyone, but if Leezo wishes to contact me to take this down, send a private message on discord and i'll disgruntingly (yet complacently) take it down.
I didn't ask for permission to reupload, just to be clear, but it doesn't mean people's content they made for both themselves and others should be considered as fodder that should be thrown into the bin when they delete their accounts.

ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
How to install:
- Put the HudObjectivePDCTF.res into tf/resource/ui (If the directory doesn't exist, create it)
- In your PD logic entity, put resource/ui/HudObjectivePDCTF.res into the .res File key value
- It should work, but if it isn't working, or when you ready to publish your map, remember to pack the .res file into the map, otherwise people who have not downloaded this beforehand will not have the HUD!
CTF - How to get the flag compass(es) to render on the PD Hud:
- Place a tf_logic_hybrid_ctf_cp into your map - Removes the CTF scores, but also enables for CP Hud to be rendered on the CTF Hud
- In your tf_gamerules entity, set the HUD Override to CTF HUD

Hi, I have made a quite a handful of mistakes for me to release an update this soon, huh?
Yeah, but I reckon it's better to fix these issues than just leaving them hanging in.
I have also tested this a lot of times to verify that I have fixed the obvious issues, so I hope it's fine now.
Changes from the last version:
- Fixed the issue where the CTF background panels would stay in the next PD map
- Fixed the off-set shadow of Red's score counter
- Fixed the Z-order making the CTF scores outline rendering behind the background
- A handful of small improvements to the .res file itself
- Added images to the download page
- More fixes + Victory Countdown

This was just supposed to be a fix for the points counter UI element thing, but I added more stuff to improve this.
Changes from the last version:
- Hid the UI element that displays your current amount of points by moving it by 9999 in the x and y position instead of setting an alpha value to avoid render issues in the next PD map
- Set the Z-Layer of the main panel to -2 to allow other HUDs (like CTF's) to be rendered over it
- Moved the timer to compensate for the HUD being rendered under everything
- Added support for the victory countdown
