The concept behind this map is to use map geometry to develop a new type of king of the hill play style. Rather than having spawn rooms bookending a central control point, koth_reason places the spawn points and control point in a triangular, as opposed to linear, configuration. As each team works their way to the control point, the map geometry funnels players towards each other as well as towards the objective, where they must battle for safe passage to and not just for ownership of the capture point.
