using default water on the map because previous water wasn't packaging correctly
lots of minor tweaks to A to try and bandaid a few issues

B got a majority of changes to some glaring issues
  • staircase to B reworked
  • balcony added for red (thanks will)
  • increased B size
  • funny room
  • more visuals to the sub platform
  • highground and connector adjustments for blu
globally there's a new water texture that's far less opaque and nobuild zones in all the water.
