Accidentally changed kill to enable in last ver

gyros room fix being able to idle in there

Improved Skybox Texturing/stuffs
Added Gyros room
Med Launch Pads now flush with ground
couple other optimizing changes
goal splash messages still not fixes

textuing and so

fences ramps on dark etc qol changes

textures are now all bouncy
